Getting started with the Lavastorm Analytic Engine is easy and the following training resources will help you get up to speed even faster. Our video tutorials, tech notes and example files help you learn to use the standard nodes available in all versions of the Lavastorm Analytic Engine and will get you on your way quickly.

Quickstart Guide

This training guide is a quick introduction to the capabilities of the Lavastorm Analytics Engine, and will show you many of its functions over the course of an hour. It is conveniently divided up into roughly five minute sections for easy navigation.

Getting Started

These training videos are applicable for all versions of the Lavastorm Analytic Engine and cover the basics you need to get started

	Node Basics Learn basic functions of the LAE, such as Adding, renaming, and running nodes, viewing data in the BRD viewer, and joining nodes together.		Correlating Data Learn how to enrich data sources with reference data, and combine data sets with Join and X-Ref nodes.
	Acquiring Data Learn how to import data from Excel, CSV, Delimited, and Fixed Format file types.		Filtering Data Learn how to use the Filter node and Split node to change and customize data output and split data according to specific criteria.
	Aggregating Data Learn how to combine and summarize data using Agg, Agg Ex, and Agg Filter nodes.		Publishing Data Learn how to publish data at any point in the analytic process to flat files or databases, exclusive to the Professional Edition.
